Congratulations to Skawennati for being selected as the winner of the Conseil des arts de Montreal’s inaugural Temporary public Art Competition. As part of the CAM’s 70th anniversary celebrations, her installation, The Three Sisters will transform the façade of the Maison du CAM, located on Sherbrooke Street, across from La Fontaine Park.

Featuring the heroic figures of the Three Sisters — corn, beans, and squash — rendered through augmented reality with image, sound, and movement. The installation will run from June to September 2026, with a vernissage on June 17.
