The Milieux Institute for Arts, Culture and Technology is proud to announce the celebrations of its 10-year anniversary, taking place at the Institute from November 4 to 6, 2026.
Over three days, Milieux will open its doors to the public for a program of roundtables, presentations, performances, studio visits, and workshops showcasing the work of its research community.
Rather than looking back at the milestones and accomplishments of the past decade, the celebrations will focus on the Institute’s mission to reflect on and continually redefine what it means to do research in an academic setting. From roundtables shedding light on collaborative and interdisciplinary projects to hands-on workshops and conversations with faculty, members, and alumni, the program is designed to show not only what Milieux’s community does, but how and why it does so.
By bringing together voices from across the Institute’s clusters and labs, the event offers a unique opportunity to reflect collectively on the Institute’s model as a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue. The celebrations will be punctuated by festive gatherings for the community to connect and celebrate.
All activities are free and open to the public, though some activities will require an RSVP as space is limited.
Full programming details and a schedule of events will be unveiled soon. Stay tuned!
